Executive, Human Resource & Administration - 3 months Contract (Ayer Keroh, Melaka) Job Responsibilities: • Assist in preparing documents for payment i.e., Purchase Order, Payment Request, Payment Instruction and Budget Slip. • Assist in coordinating and discussing with suppliers, vendors and any other related agencies on administrative function. • Assist in recruitment process. • Assist in processing staff monthly claim. • Assist in to arrange the basic needs and tools for new staff. • Assist in staff personal & disciplinary matters. • Assist in Administrative matters. • Assist in HRA matter as and when required. Job Requirements: • Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Administrative / Human Resource or any related field. • At least 1 year direct experience in human resource and administration. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Power point, Excel, Words, Outlook). • Ability to work independently and result oriented. • Must be matured, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure. • Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of management and operational employees. • Possess own transport and valid driven license and willing to travel as and when required.
