2. Lead Generation and Client Engagement
- Develop and manage leads through CRM tools, direct outreach, and networking to maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Initiate contact with potential clients, foster relationships, and introduce them to the company’s services.
- Achieve a minimum of 80 new qualified leads per month to ensure a consistent client pipeline.
3.Sales Presentations and Proposal Creation
- Develop customized sales pitches and presentations tailored to address client needs and highlight company offerings.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to prepare proposals and negotiate contract terms aligned with business objectives.
- Successfully convert 20 clients into signed contracts per month.
4. Client Relationship Building and Management
- Build and nurture client relationships by ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Act as the primary contact for client concerns and collaborate with internal teams to provide timely solutions.
- Maintain a client retention rate of 90% and achieve a minimum of 1 upsell or cross-sell opportunity per month.
5. Support in Strategic Planning and Reporting
- Assist in developing growth strategies and business plans in alignment with organizational goals.
- Create monthly and quarterly reports to track performance against development goals and provide insights to leadership.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports with data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
6. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to create client solutions that meet their needs.
- Oversee client onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition from sales to operations.
- Achieve 100% completion of client onboarding steps within specified timelines of contract signing.
7. Event Representation and Networking
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and advocate for organizational interests.
- Build partnerships with industry professionals to expand the company’s network and influence.
- Attend a minimum of 2 industry events per quarter and generate follow-up opportunities with potential clients or partners.
8. KPI Achievement and Performance Tracking
- Meet monthly KPIs in lead generation, conversion rates, and client retention aligned with business goals.
- Monitor progress against KPIs regularly and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.
- Maintain monthly performance reports and consistently meet or exceed KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with property management processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using systems and relevant software.
