JOB DESCRIPTION:-
Account assistant typically handles various financial and administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of an organization's accounting department. This might involve tasks such as processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial statements, and assisting with financial reporting.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Perform data entry tasks in timely and accurate manner.
- Enter financial transactions including invoices receipts and payments into system.
- Verify and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with utmost discretion.
REQUIREMENT
- At least 1 - 3 years of working experience in the related field and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Diploma in accountancy or equivalent.
- Knowing how to use the Autocount system is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, problem-solving, and a good team player.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft office.
- Energetic, enthusiastic and have a passion for great efficiency.
- Applicants must be possessed at least a B2 license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
