We are seeking a creative and driven individual to lead our content creation and social media efforts, helping us connect with our audience and enhance our online presence.

In this role, you'll be collaborating with committed migration agents and lawyers based in Australia and the Malaysian team, together working to deliver unparalleled immigration and education solutions to our global clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Develop compelling and original content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create engaging multimedia content, including images, videos, and infographics, to showcase Ausdirect Migration’s services.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone and messaging.

Social Media Management:

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Xiaohongshu.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to connect with diverse audiences and promote our services.
  • Respond promptly to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
  • Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to maximize engagement.

SEO Content Strategy:

  • Write SEO-friendly content to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Perform basic keyword research and incorporate relevant keywords into content.
  • Align content with overall SEO strategies.

Market Insights & Reporting:

  • Conduct research to understand audience preferences and trends in the migration industry.
  • Prepare monthly reports on content and social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
