Key Responsibilities: Office Administration: - Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence. -Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation (both physical and digital). -Order and manage office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked and operational. Customer Support: -Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, providing professional and friendly assistance. -Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Data Management: -Update and maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer information in the company’s database. -Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents. -Assist in generating reports and presentations as needed. Coordination and Communication: -Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. -Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow. -Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications, memos, and announcements. Compliance and Documentation: -Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies and industry regulations. -Assist in maintaining health and safety records and other compliance-related documentation.
