Tour Sales Operations Assistant

• Process Visa application & related matters
• Deal with agents / supplier on ground arrangement
• Negotiate and coordinate with oversea tour operator
• Assist in planning itinerary
• Assist on prepare and follow up on quotation given
• Assist on translation of itineraries if required
• Assist on design of brochure for new plan attractions for promotions purpose
• Issue exchange order, tax invoices, documentation on acknowledgement receipt
• Assist on booking form with new closing
• Deal with agents and clients on billing & payment arrangement
• Handling of travel Insurance purchasing & related matters
• Handling incoming calls & inquiries
• Handling incoming guests/visitors
• Maintain proper filing record and keeping complete documents for future reference
• Ad-hoc task as & when required

• Minimum education must have Certificate / Vocational / Diploma
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
