Job Responsibilities:
· Handle airlines reservation and ticketing
· Handle enquiries and reservation, including hotel accommodation, all ground arrangement and other related tasks
· Maintain good relationship with clients and suppliers
· Perform related duties as required
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management
· Minimum 1 year related working experience
· Knowledge of flight reservation system is an advantage
· Computer literate in MS Office applications
· Proficient in both written and spoken English, and Mandarin will be added advantage
· Good initiative, hardworking, committed and able to multi-task
· Must be willing to work in shift (night time on weekdays and full day on weekends & public holidays)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM2,300.00 per month
