Job Summary Working under the supervision of the Superior & Directors, the full-time Sales Admin will carry out duties assigned to them in a professional manner. Will seek to gain knowledge of the companies’ procedures and expand their work ethic. Key Responsibilities 1. To assist the Sales Department on all administrative works including updating of sales daily report and maintenance of sales personnel records. 2. To assist in handling of daily administrative activities including ordering of new car stocks, invoicing and overseeing the daily functions of the accounts, administration and sales routine. 3. To monitor all Hire Purchase (HP) transaction on new cars which include to ensure that all the Letter of Undertaking (L.O.U.) are in good order without any pending issue and to follow-up on all disbursement / payment from the Banks. 4. To assist in keying-in of all new car sales order, to complete the Second Schedule form and to monitor on all new car registrations including to ensure that all payments are collected in full before the release of the new cars to the customers. 5. To issue official receipt on daily basis on all cash, cheques and credit cards purchases received through mail and in-person. 6. To assist in sending reminder letters to customers on the insurance renewal on every 3rd week of the month and to calculate the insurance premium as and when needed. To also prepare insurance quotation to customers when necessary. 7. To assist in handling of insurance matters including renewal, issuing of insurance cover note and the submission of insurance NCB documents, where applicable. 8. To assist in preparing and submitting of monthly over-trade and incentive claims, when necessary. 9. To carry out any duties and job functions in which you may be instructed from time to time by the Company or person acting on behalf of the Company. 10. To maintain good house keeping and up-keep of the work place as according to the standard set
