Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities: • Collect, manage and interpret the data to inform decision making. • Design, build and maintain enterprise level business insights dashboard and reports. • Design and create logical, conceptual and physical data models using best practices to ensure high data quality and minimize redundancy. • Coordinate and partner with product owners and architects on the implementation activities. • Implement and enforce data governance policies and procedures. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or Computer Science would be beneficial. • Knowledge of data warehouses would be strongly beneficial. • Experience in data management and analysis in the insurance/ financial services industry. • Strong database management skills. • Proficient in database querying tools using SQL and data analysis using Python or R. • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis. • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and succinct manner to various shareholders. • Strong project management and communication skills. • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies will be viewed favorably.
