  • Financial Analysis: Utilize expertise in financial data collection, analysis, and management to create financial models for decision support, and report on financial performance against key business metrics.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Support in the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and identification of trends.
  • Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investments and projects, conduct market research on latest trends in healthcare and consumer industries; perform in depth valuation; build financial models
  • M&A: Assist with transaction execution, including due diligence, communication with third-party vendors, work on post M&A integration with internal stakeholders
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support.
  • Process Optimization and Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business management or related field.
  • 2-3 years’ experience as a financial analyst / investment banking / private equity / valuation work / financial due diligence work.
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
  • Excellent analytical (VBA, SQL a plus), decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software applications.
  • Ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and be able to work in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
