Media and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and creative Media & Marketing Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the growth of our company. You will assist in executing media partnership, planning and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and building a strong online presence for our company. Key Responsibilities : 1. Media Partnership - Negotiate collaboration terms for media partnerships. - Ensure smooth coordination with partners. - Compiling work proofs for partners’ archives. 2. Social Media Management - Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. - Create engaging content, schedule posts, and respond to comments/messages. 3. Marketing Campaigns - Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign rollouts. 4. Administrative Tasks - Maintain marketing databases, campaign reports, and records. - Support the team with ad hoc tasks as required. Qualifications and Skills : - Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply). - Proficient in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark). - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools is a plus. - Creative, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
