- Routinely visit and promote company products based on KPI set by management and facilitate the sales process from start to finish.
- Lead generation: Actively identify new customers for company by online & offline methods
- Prepare Customer Quotes: Create and send quotes to customers proactively based on sales leads and customer requirements.
- Create Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports: Gather sales data and prepare reports for the sales manager and management.
- Organize Meetings and Product Demos: Set up customer meetings and demonstrate how our products work.
- Support Marketing Activities: Assist with marketing tasks such as surveys, event booths, and gathering customer feedback.
- Manage All New Account Opening Processes and Existing Account Maintenance: Oversee the entire process of opening new accounts and maintaining existing ones, including collecting documents and updating changes in customer details.
- Payment’s collections: Perform adequate follow-up on outstanding payment matters to ensure timely collection.
- Coordinate Deliveries and Returns: Work closely with the logistics and customer service teams to arrange product deliveries for special projects and assist in handling returns or product-related issues.
- Minimum education is Degree or higher
- Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Responsible for the sales of healthcare products, medical devices (including equipment)
- To generate sales leads and secure new accounts
- Maintain and strengthen relationship with existing customers
- Provide inputs to and execute marketing campaigns
