KEY RESPOSIBILITY: ENSURING STOCK BALANCE RELIABILITY Inventory management Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, and ensuring stock accuracy and rotation Staff management Recruiting, training, and scheduling warehouse staff, and motivating them to be efficient Warehouse operations Planning daily activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and monitoring performance metrics Warehouse safety Developing and maintaining a safe and secure work environment, and enforcing safety policies Warehouse equipment Managing and coordinating equipment maintenance and repair, and resolving routine equipment issues Warehouse cleanliness Keeping the warehouse and working area clean and tidy, and preparing it for audits Warehouse collaboration Working with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures Warehouse administration Assisting with general administration, such as documentation, returns, and stock management
