B2B Commerce is looking for a Key Account Manager/Executive to grow our Digital Supply Chain & Managed Data Services division. Many industry leaders have begun to expand their foothold in the Omnichannel and eCommerce spaces, we are looking for the right candidate to further develop & uncover new business opportunities within our existing portfolio of at least 16,000 customers in South East Asia.

As the organization pushes for aggressive and exponential growth, the candidate will be part of the vanguard in this charge to the market and hold a leading role within the team tasked to develop value creation and revenue extraction.

We have developed an Intelligent Digital Supply Chain (IDSC) solution as a means of managing a complete overview of Omnichannel or Multi-Channel Purchasing, Inventory Management & Optimization, and Internal Supply Chain Processes. Each module within the IDSC solution are developed to function as standalone applications, easily deployed for immediate and visible value gain to clients. An ecosystem can be developed to completely surround supply chain processes by employing multiple modules and functions of the IDSC.

The candidate shall leverage on the modular nature of the IDSC solution to initiate a rapid point-of-entry into the prospective market segments, Brand Owners & Medium to Small Retailers. This unexploited segment will be the key focus of the candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggressive approach into the primary growth market (Brand Owners & Medium to Small Retailers) with our Intelligent Digital Supply Chain (IDSC) solution.
  • Active prospecting & opportunity development.
  • Paving the way for market development and strengthening market share.
  • Develop strong relationships with our customer base at all levels
  • Developing & Meeting sales targets set out on an annual basis.
  • Participation in product development & Go-To-Market activities.

Requirements:

  • Should possess a Diploma
  • Age from 27-37 years old
  • Candidates with 2 years and above in similar fields (from SaaS background or IT consultative background) shall have an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Must have initiative and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Must have good written or oral communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
