PROJECT MANAGER

• Reports to Project Director • Ensure commitments as to complete the project on time and to budget cost inclusive of cash flow projection. • Preparation of Master Work Programme and other works schedule as well as resource plans prior and during contract period. • Liaison with authorities, client/consultants, turnkey contractors and sub-contractors for smooth and well-planned implementation of the project. • Monitor and coordinate the engineering and procurement activities. Conduct technical and contractual reviews to ensure that the work is being executed in accordance with Contractual requirement and the targeted completion of project is met. • Monitor closely the sub-contractor’s resources (manpower, materials, machinery and equipment) to ensure optimum distribution of work. • Organise periodic meeting with sub-contractors and among the site personnel on work progress, technical matter, construction method, etc to resolve problems effectively. Job Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree specializing in Engineering Civil/Construction/Infrastructural/Structural or equivalent. • Must be dynamic, pro-active, hardworking and leadship skill. Able to lead the team at site. • Working knowledge in use of software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto-Cad & etc. • Sound Knowledge and experience in Road Construction. • At least ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of working experience in the related position is required. • Vacancies at (1) Ranau
