Executive, Network and Infra

Job Summary A network and infra Executive is responsible for assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. This Role involves integrating various hardware and software components, troubleshooting complex technical issues, managing system upgrades, and ensuring system scalability and efficiency. The system Administrator also collaborates with other teams to assess technical needs, develop solutions, and implement best practices for system optimization and cybersecurity. Additionally, they create and maintain documentation, oversee network configurations, and support disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Key Roles Responsibilities 1. Assist in configuration and deployment of IT infrastructure (Servers, network, databases) to meet organizational needs. 2. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to prevent downtime or delays. 3. Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain security and efficiency. 4. Integrate various IT components such as hardware, software, and networking systems to ensure smooth operation. 5. Implement and manage security protocols, firewalls, and encryption to protect systems from cyber threats. 6. Monitor for vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations. 7. Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and business continuity in case of failures or disasters. 8. Automate routine tasks such as backups, monitoring, and deployment to improve system efficiency. 9. Assist in IT strategy development by providing insights into infrastructure needs. 10. Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and usage for management. 11. Provide technical support for system-related issues and ensure fast resolutions of user problems.
