- Answer phone calls, emails, and handle correspondence.
- Complete daily tasks such as order processing, filing, and other office routine activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Min education level must be Secondary Level / SPM with proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin is an advantage.
- Fresh grades are welcome to apply.
- Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin or Tamil.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Salary range: RM 2,000 – RM 2,800
