  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Min education level must be Secondary Level / SPM with proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin is an advantage.

  • Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin or Tamil.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Salary range: RM 2,000 – RM 2,800
