COUNTER SALES REPRESENTATIVE

JOB DESCRIPTIONS: We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, providing product recommendations, and processing sales transactions. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering great customer service, and a keen interest in our products, we would love to hear from you! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Greet and assist customers at the sales counter, providing outstanding customer service. • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. • Answer customer inquiries, offering detailed information about products and services. • Maintain a clean and organized sales area, ensuring that products are properly displayed. • Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. • Handle returns and exchanges following company policies. • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards. QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 2-3 years of experience in automotive or mechanical parts related work. • Have a strong execution and coordination abilities. • Hardworking, responsible and good communication skills. • Have a basic knowledge on automotive parts. • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. • Fluent in Mandarin would be an advantage.
