To assist the HR Manager with the HR daily operations/functions To work closely with the HR manager in providing professional recruitment advice, support and updates in a timely manner. To assist the HR Manager on HR tasks such as attendance time sheet, leave records, employee performance evaluation, maintain an up-to-date HR database, employee’s personal file, salary movements, induction training, resignation, preparation of letter of new recruitment/appointments, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, warning and etc. To Monitor staff work movement on Annual Leave (AL), Emergency Leave (EL), Medical Leave (ML), Replacement Leave, Replacement Off-day and etc. To assist to coordinate on all matters pertaining to group insurance scheme and monitor insurance coverage/claims, insurance member updates (new joiner/ resigned staff). . To schedule job interviews and assist in interview process, salary proposal and background reference check To assist the HR Manager to manage employee relations/disciplinary cases and manage dispute settlements according to relevant Labour Law To monitor and verify attendance/timesheet, Validate all claims and overtime submissions for management approval and ensure all submissions are in compliance with defined policies To administer and ensure timely processing of payroll and ensure accurate validation and processing of all payroll related payments including salary, allowances, incentives, overtime claims and other approved form of payroll transactions including and distribution of payslip, generating reports and others To liaise with relevant government bodies regarding monthly statutory submissions, to prepare and process payment for statutory (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDC) To register new user ID for new join staff, addition and deletion Assist to ensure the compliance of Company Handbook & Policies is terms on Employee Benefit's & entitlement. To assist with internal & external training arrangements and records. To assist the HR Manager with the overall HR functions and ensure compliance with relevant Labour Law To carry out, as and when required, any additional tasks and responsibilities which are reasonably compatible with this job description and objectives
