Job Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensure quality service is provided to both existing and potential customers. Maintain close rapport with customers to enhance business relationships and foster long-term partnerships. Identify new market opportunities and business prospects to expand the company’s customer base. Develop new customer accounts with strong credit standing and ensure effective and timely debt collection. Prepare and provide feedback on market conditions during sales meetings, and collaborate with top management to discuss strategies and action plans. Formulate and implement effective sales channels and marketing activities to increase sales volume in local markets. Competently develop and manage relationships with supplier and customers in assigned regions. Regular report on and review strategic and operational sales & marketing plans to drive sales growth and revenue. Provide guidance and leadership to the sales team, fostering skill development and ensuring the achievement of set targets. Travel outstation to meet customers and represent the company at events a required. Preferred work location at Kapar, Selangor.
