The Responsibilities of the Role :-

  • Timely process of payment following credit term
  • Manual key entry of invoices
  • Monthly vendor reconciliation
  • Document scanning and controlling document storage
  • Assist in month end closing of financial statement
  • Preparing weekly cash flow planning
  • Participate in internal, external and regulatory audit processes and ensure compliance with SOPs
  • Continuing to improve the payment process
  • Any other tasks as required by management.

The Requirements for the Role :-

  • Candidate must possess at least a LCCI, Diploma, Advanced/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Good command of spoken and written in English.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage timelines and deadlines.

  • Performance related bonus for confirmed staff every 6 months based on individual performance.
  • Contractual with the option to become permanent based on performance.
