Position: Contract Administrator
Location: Menara Shell, KL Sentral
Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, Rotational Shift (8 Hours)
Shift start: 7:00 am, 9:00am or 1:00pm
Language Requirement: Mandarin (Traditional and Simplified)
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex/escalated cases to ensure seamless closure.
- Provide expert advisory and support to teams on processes, policies, and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and prioritize cases.
- Handle exception cases and work on deal prioritization.
- Support service delivery and sales teams with feedback and case management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Experience & Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in a BPO or similar environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage escalations and prioritize critical cases.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Lead to Cash process is a plus.
Preferred:
- Ability to manage escalations and collaborate effectively with regional teams.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
