Position: Contract Administrator
Location: Menara Shell, KL Sentral
Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, Rotational Shift (8 Hours)

Shift start: 7:00 am, 9:00am or 1:00pm
Language Requirement: Mandarin (Traditional and Simplified)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex/escalated cases to ensure seamless closure.
  • Provide expert advisory and support to teams on processes, policies, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and prioritize cases.
  • Handle exception cases and work on deal prioritization.
  • Support service delivery and sales teams with feedback and case management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Experience & Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in a BPO or similar environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage escalations and prioritize critical cases.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Lead to Cash process is a plus.

Preferred:

  • Ability to manage escalations and collaborate effectively with regional teams.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
