How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Scheduled Maintenance

- Responsible of overall planning of scheduled works and management of the

work until completion

- Check and verify work done by vendors.

  • Unscheduled Maintenance

- Manage all aspect of work order’s generation, completion, backlogs etc.

  • Uptime Management

- Monitor uptime performance and prepare relevant report for Quality Assurance Program (QAP) with QSHE and Hospital Performance Indicator for Accountability (HPIA) with the customer.

  • Asset Management

- Responsible to plan, coordinate, execute and report findings of asset audit for the respective hospital.

- Responsible of overall completeness, accuracy of asset information in ASIS

  • Technical Advice

- Responsible of overall management for Technical Advice which includes preparing the reports, verify reports submitted by vendors, manage Technical Advice log etc.

- Propose schedule for all Condition Appraisal and ensure target date are met.

- Update resource center information.

  • Variation Order Management

- Attend and monitor overall Testing & Commissioning (T&C) performed by vendor as requested by customer.

- Report on completed T&C and Variation Order (VO) application status to BEMS Executive

- Manage VO approved list, base list and all relevant Asset and Services Information System (ASIS) screen on VO is updated.

  • Deduction and Penalty

- Manage all aspect of BEMS deduction and penalty from mapping preparation up to verification of monthly invoices and back-to-back deductions with vendors.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
