Job descriptions:
- Preparing ingredients for cooking
- Cooking food according to recipes or menu specifications
- Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Plating and presenting dishes attractively
- Assisting with kitchen organisation as required.
- Communicating effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Responsible for all kinds of product preparation, production and serving arrangement in accordance to recipes, guidelines and standards set by the Head Chef.
- Responsible for hygiene and cleanliness.
- Fully aware of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation guidelines and standards.
- Follows the instructions from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.
- Knowledge of basic standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,900.00 per month
