Kitchen Crew

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who communicate well and understanding of the food and beverage for keeping guests satisfied. Being the face of Spitfire Penang, you will show the utmost professionalism in terms of your customer service skills.

· It is a relatively fast-paced industry but our Spitfire Penang is a fun bunch who is always there to help when it is needed.

• Helping with prep work cutting and prepping food
• Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the chef.
• Sweeping and mopping floors, as required.
• Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations.
• Assisting with the monitoring of inventory.
• Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the kitchen manager.
• Packaging customers' leftover food upon request.
• Cleaning trash cans and disposing refuse on a regular basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Afternoon shift
• Evening shift
• Fixed shift

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Kitchen Staff: 1 year (Preferred)
