HSE EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES - Directly reporting to Operation Manager - Responsible on HSE documentation /Safety Briefing as per clients requirement - Ensure good HSE management on projects awarded by clients - Conducting safety toolbox as weekly basis - Monitor and promote staff adherence to HSE policies within the corporate division. - Target zero non-compliance to Standard Operating Procedures, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001 and all regulatory and corporate governance and procedures. -Ensure timely and comprehensive reporting. -Ensure targeted HSE programs are implemented. -Promote HSE Awareness by publishing HSE Newsletter and update notice board with current HSE information. -To establish, monitor and maintain a document control management & archiving system for current and past company documentations. -To plan and implement internal and external audits. -Attending client HSE monthly meeting and update to management. REQUIREMENT - Candidate must possess at least Degree in HSE or its equivalent.or equivalent - Have at least 1-3 years relevant working experiences in Oil & Gas HSE. - Shall be based in Kemaman, Terengganu - Knowledgeable in HSE procedures, processes, standard, and basic requirements. - Good written and verbal communication skills and proficient in the English - Proficient in applying any Window of Microsoft Office/Project/Powerpoint, and AUTOCAD applications - A good team player and be able to establish effective and good working relationship with all levels of personnel - Possess positive work attitude, ex-static, fast learner, hardworking, able to accept new challenges, responsible, trustworthy and might contribute new ideas for company growth OTHERS - Job declared as Permanent - Possess own transport - Notice within 2 to 4 weeks - Salary starting from RM2,500.00 (based on experiences) - Interested candidates are invited to send your resume starting earliest available date, qualifications, experience, present and expected salary, recent photo, contact number and email to [email protected].
