Sales Leader

CleanHero is looking for a motivated Sales Leader to drive sales growth, lead a dynamic young team, and make a lasting impact in the professional service industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve targets while fostering a high-performing culture.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base
• Act as the main contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Handle escalated client concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct market analysis and align efforts with other department to drive results.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management to build a results-driven team.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales leadership roles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and a goal-driven mindset.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Must be able to work Saturdays or Sundays (if required).
