1. To ensure Occupational safety and health working environment.

2. To ensure all M&E equipment are properly functioning and buildings are in good condition.

3. To report to Management/Superior for any defect detected or repair need to be carried out.

4. To perform daily checking and report to Management/Superior for rectification if necessary.

5. To assist Leasing Department and tenant to handover lot and inspection lot during handing over and takeover of

shop lot and clearance lot during handing back to management. Submit completed forms (copy) to Leasing

Department for their records.

6. To check, records and submit meter reading of Electricity and Water of Tenants to Account Department every 15th

of each month.

7. To check, records and submit all daily, weekly and monthly reports to Superior on/before the due date

8. To inform the service contractor if any defects is identified (whenever necessary)

9. Shall be on standby within the premises.

10. To plan and assign work or other tasks to Maintenance

11. To ensure all contractors are being attended and rectify specific time.

12. Weekly briefing to maintenance, security and housekeeping team and follow-up pending job.

13. To compile invoice and service report and submit all invoices contractor or service provider to Account

Department.

14. To check all service from contractor or service provider must follow the date given.

15. To assist A&P team for mall decoration and mall events.

16. Filling all the document given by contractor and service provider.

17. Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Superior
