Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven E-Commerce Digital Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost sales for our online store. If you have experience with various e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and data analysis, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, Email Marketing, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for SEO and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase visibility and improve search rankings.
  • Content Creation & Strategy: Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content (e.g., product descriptions, landing pages, blog posts, video content) to enhance the customer experience and promote product offerings.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics platforms. Use data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.), ensuring smooth functionality and optimized user experience.
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with followers to build brand awareness and drive traffic to the online store.
  • Email Marketing: Create, segment, and execute email campaigns designed to convert leads into customers, including abandoned cart reminders, promotional offers, and product launches.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Test and implement strategies to increase the conversion rate on product pages, checkout process, and landing pages to maximize sales.
  • Stay Updated with Trends: Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the latest tools in digital marketing and e-commerce to ensure the company stays ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on e-commerce, and a strong understanding of various online marketing channels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.), Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant marketing tools.
  • SEO/SEM Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO best practices, content marketing, and PPC advertising strategies.
  • Creative & Analytical Mindset: Ability to create compelling campaigns while analyzing performance data and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive messages that resonate with target audiences.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaboration Skills: Work effectively with other teams such as design, sales, and customer support to ensure campaign success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • E-commerce Platforms Expertise: Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Email Marketing Tools: Experience with email marketing tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact.
  • Design Skills: Basic graphic design skills or experience working with design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Certification: Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus.
