Responsibilities:

Develop engaging and brand-consistent content for Instagram, Facebook, Douyin抖音, XiaoHongShu小红书, and other platforms.
Write compelling and engaging posts to attract and retain followers.
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and objectives.
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Plan, execute, and monitor organic and paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Douyin抖音, XiaoHongShu小红书and etc....
Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, trends, and conversations, and engage with users to build relationships and brand loyalty.
Content Creation and Brand Positioning: Combine product planning, brand positioning, and market user insights to refine and package product and service advantages from the user's perspective. Continuously explore industry hot topics and produce marketing content that aligns with the brand image and market positioning.
Data Analysis and Adjustment: Regularly analyze account data, adjust operational strategies based on the data, and enhance the effectiveness of content dissemination.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Business Management, or related field.
Candidate possess Financial / Stocks trading background would be added advantage.
At least 1 year proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong copywriting skills, proficient in writing content related to finance and stock investment, with a good sense of internet trends and active thinking.
Geographical Location: Talented individuals from Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in English & Mandarin.
