Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver items such as letters, parcels, invoices, or other materials.
- Ensure timely deliver Plan efficient delivery routes to minimize travel time and fuel usage.
- Familiarize with roads and locations within the delivery area. Record Keeping Maintain logs or records of items picked up and delivered.
- Obtain recipient signatures or proof of delivery.
- Route Planning Coordinate with office staff or clients to confirm delivery details.
- Provide updates on delivery status if required.
- Vehicle Maintenance Ensure the assigned vehicle (motorbike or car) is well-maintained and in good working condition.
- Report any vehicle issues promptly. Adherence to Policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional certifications in logistics or transportation (preferred).
- Proven experience in a dispatching, scheduling, or coordination role.
- Familiarity with dispatch software or GPS tracking tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Knowledge of local and regional geography.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
Work Conditions
- Fast-paced environment requiring quick decision-making.
- Flexible working hours, Monday-Saturday(alternate) including weekends or holidays, if needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
