Job Scope:
- Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction in providing service information and enquiries, complaints and feedback are attended promptly in professional manner.
- Handle inbound customers inquiries & request via voice & alternate channel (eg. Whatsapp, chat, email & SMS) regarding our product e.g billing inquiries, technical inquiries and general inquiries.
- To gather from the customer all the necessary information to fulfill their requirement and enter accurately into the appropriate system.
- Responsible to ensure customer’s satisfaction in form of courteous and prompt service and update customers with accurate information.
Training :
- 2months - approximate
- Mon - Fri / 8.30am - 5.30pm
Working Hours :
- Mon - Sunday: 8am - 10pm
- Working 5 days per week, 2 days off
- Must be willing to work shift rotation.
Working Location : TM Annexe / Bangsar
Basic Salary :
- Basic RM2k + KPI Allowance RM300 + Shift Allowance RM60 + Skill Allowance RM250
Product :
- TM Account / Product / Apps / Troubleshooting- Online Service
Minimum Requirement:
- SPM (Must passed BM & BI) / Age : 19yo -35yo
- Good communication skill (BM & BI). Mandarin will be added advantage
- Call Centre experience will added be advantage
- Typing : 40wpm / Accuracy : 85%
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
