TECHNICIAN

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate, maintain, and calibrate air monitoring and meteorological instrumentation in strict accordance with ASMA's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee the operation and upkeep of air monitoring stations and surrounding fence areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair both electronic and pneumatic instrumentation as required.
• Complete and maintain accurate calibration documentation for all relevant equipment.
• Ensure proper field activity documentation is recorded, including station logs.
• Transfer calibration and station logs to the Project Manager, Air Segment, in a timely and organized manner.
• Keep detailed records of spare parts usage to ensure inventory is appropriately managed.
• Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of company vehicles in accordance with safety standards.
• Take responsibility for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of AQMS Tanjung Bin and provide support to GTS projects and EMS Projects in the East Coast region or other areas as directed by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechanical or vocational certificate in any engineering field or relevant.
• 1-2 years working experience in technical work. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision. Trouble shooting skills. Numerical skills, PC skills, valid driving license, analytical.
• Training: OGSP, Authorized Entry Confined Space (AECS), Teledyne Level 1 troubleshooting. On job training/relevant to job description.

Position : 1 year contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
