We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Music Lover to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in music and a desire to share that passion with customers. A background in playing musical instruments is highly preferred, but not required. We are open to candidates who are eager to learn more and develop their skills. The ability to work well with others, be a fast learner, and provide excellent customer service are key traits we are looking for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the right musical instruments, accessories, and equipment to suit their needs.
- Provide product knowledge, answer questions, and offer recommendations on musical instruments, brands, and accessories.
- Demonstrate how to use musical instruments and equipment when necessary.
- Manage store inventory, ensuring products are stocked and displayed appropriately.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and trends in the music industry.
- Assist in setting up promotions, sales events, and store displays.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of musical instruments and music equipment.
- Ability to play one or more musical instruments is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
- Fast learner with a willingness to learn about new products and music industry trends.
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping others.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
