Job Title: Account Admin/Clerk

Department: Finance & Account Department

Reports to: Finance & Account Manager

Administrative Tasks:

a) Organize and maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

b) Manage the filing system, both digital and physical, for the Finance & Accounts Department.

c) Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to accounting queries.

d) Monitor office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of department-related functions.

Accounting Tasks:

a) Track and update bad log records, highlighting discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.

b) Assist in accounts payable and receivable by preparing, verifying, and processing invoices and payments.

c) Assist on preparing and email invoice to customers.

d) Reconcile financial data, including bank statements, petty cash, and supplier accounts.

e) Assist in coordinating with auditors and ensuring all required documents are prepared.

f) Support and Backup colleague within department.

g) Others lawful instructions from Finance & Account Manager.

Minimum Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy (Hons)
  • 1 - 2 years experiences
  • Basic book-keeping and accounting principles.
  • Have knowledge in using UBS/Auto Count/any accounting system
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Possess own transport
