- Recording, classifying, and posting financial transactions, such as sales, purchases, payments, payrolls and receipts, reconcile bank statements (using UBS accounting software);
- Overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the office, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies, overseeing office inventory
- Providing resources, assisting with administrative tasks, and resolving issues
- Managing communication channels such as phone calls and emails
- Preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form
- Candidate must have Certificate / Vocational / Diploma with basic accounting knowledge.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
