Key Responsibilities:Rotational Job Roles:Gain experience in different departments, including Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, HR, and IT, to develop a well-rounded skill set.Accounting & Finance:- Support financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis processes.
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
- Learn how to prepare financial statements and monitor cash flows.
Marketing:- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Help with content creation, digital marketing efforts, and social media management.
Purchasing:- Support the purchasing team in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and optimizing supply chain management.
- Track and manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Human Resources (HR):- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Support HR in handling employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Learn about compliance, training, and development programs within HR.
Information Technology (IT) – Office Systems, Karaoke System & AV:- Office Systems: Assist in the setup, maintenance, and optimization of office IT systems (hardware and software), ensuring all devices and networks function efficiently. Help troubleshoot issues and ensure system security across the organization.
- Karaoke Systems & AV: Support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of karaoke systems for events and daily use. Manage AV equipment, including sound systems, microphones, projectors, and other audiovisual technologies for business events and presentations.
- Learn how to integrate new technologies into existing office systems and provide technical support for both office operations and entertainment-related AV requirements.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve overall office technology infrastructure, including office automation tools, communication systems, and data security measures.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP):Learn to develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency across departments and operations.Operational Support:Work closely with department heads and teams to understand day-to-day challenges and help implement solutions to optimize processes, improve workflows, and ensure smooth operations across all functions.Data Analysis & Reporting:Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to provide insights into departmental performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Support teams in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and presenting findings to management.
Qualifications:Education:Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, HR, Information Technology, or a related field.Skills:- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with business software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Computer literate
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, Malay, and Chinese (both spoken and written). This is essential for effective communication across our diverse teams and customer base.
