Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our esteemed legal team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our legal operations, enhancing the accessibility of legal resources, and contributing to the growth of early-stage companies and startups. Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and Proofreading:
- Diligently prepare, draft, and rigorously proofread a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memoranda.
- Ensure that all documents adhere to applicable legal standards and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and team members throughout the drafting process to ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness in all legal documentation.
- Conduct thorough reviews of existing documents, identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies.
Document Management & Organization:
- Organize, maintain, and manage legal documents, records, and client files in both physical and digital formats.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and properly filed.
- Set up and manage e-signature processes using tools like DocuSign.
- Implement document retention policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Client Communication & Support:
- Handle client inquiries, prepare correspondence, and provide updates on legal matters.
- Take meeting minutes during client meetings and team discussions, documenting key decisions and action items.
- Assist in managing client relationships and ensure effective communication.
- Review in-house legal tech products, provide feedback, and suggest enhancements for improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience Requirement:
- Prior experience at an international law firm is mandatory, as we highly value candidates with a strong understanding of global legal practices and standards.
Educational Background:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field is preferred.
- We highly value candidates with international exposure and the legal rigor that comes from studying in diverse legal environments, including London.
- Candidates with education from Jakarta, or other regions, will also be considered, and we welcome diverse educational backgrounds.
- Candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
Language Proficiency:
- A strong command of the English language, with exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, is essential.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in legal research tools, document management software (Litera, Kofax Power PDF, etc.), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with legal technology products is a plus.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical.
Compensation: The base salary is competitive and subject to upward progression based on performance and contributions to the team.
