Position: Customer Service Lead
Location: Petaling Jaya
Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, Shift rotation

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Deal Contract Assistant to handle escalated cases, advise teams on processes and policies, and ensure smooth resolution for clients. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience in a BPO environment with strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex and escalated customer cases.
  • Advise teams on processes, policies, and compliance.
  • Manage deal prioritization and exception handling.
  • Support urgent cases and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 6-7 years in a BPO customer service role.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Mandarin proficiency (Traditional and Simplified).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Lead to Cash process is a plus.
