Position: Customer Service Lead
Location: Petaling Jaya
Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, Shift rotation
Language: Mandarin (Traditional and Simplified)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Deal Contract Assistant to handle escalated cases, advise teams on processes and policies, and ensure smooth resolution for clients. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience in a BPO environment with strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex and escalated customer cases.
- Advise teams on processes, policies, and compliance.
- Manage deal prioritization and exception handling.
- Support urgent cases and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements:
- 6-7 years in a BPO customer service role.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Mandarin proficiency (Traditional and Simplified).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Lead to Cash process is a plus.
