  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

STEMhub Asia is a STEM education company specialising in STEM programmes for students aged between 4 to 17 years. We are looking for energetic, dynamic, and friendly person for growth! The person must be able to work on weekends.

A brief job description of the role:

  • Interact with customers in person, on the phone and online, attend to their enquiries and requests.
  • Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain and improve customer experiences.
  • Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives, as well as informing customers about new services.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Learning Centre in Subang Jaya.
  • Support Instructors with administrative matters.

We will provide the relevant training and on-the-job training.

Ability to speak English is a must. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM120.00 per day

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
