Job Summary:

Signmastr Advertising Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Purchaser to join our team. The Purchaser will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials and services needed for our signboard production and installation projects. This role involves negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that all purchases meet the company's quality and cost standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Source and procure materials, equipment, and services for projects.

· Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.

· Manage inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials.

· Monitor and evaluate supplier performance.

· Ensure all purchases comply with company standards and specifications.

· Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory.

· Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their purchasing needs.

· Stay updated on market trends and new products.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Purchaser or in a similar role.

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

· Proficiency in purchasing software and inventory management systems.

· Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes.

· High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
