Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree from any faculty.
- Minimum 1 year working experience from plastic industry or equivalent.
- Experience to dial with planner for material arrangement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently, responsible, follow up closely and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Scope:
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing components and materials required for vacuum cleaner production, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain price quotes, negotiate terms, and place purchase orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, engineering, and quality assurance to determine procurement needs and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier information.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder points for vacuum cleaner components to prevent stockouts and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and reliability of components.
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to procurement, including delivery delays, quality issues, or pricing discrepancies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
