JOB PURPOSE

Responsible to ensuring the overall wellbeing of the horses in variety situation such as riding class, training, feeding, health and etc. To oversee overall TEP Operation including Operation Management, Sales and Revenue Delivery, Client Relationship Management, and Team Management and being a leader to ensure the efficiency of the TEP function run smoothly.

JOB SPECIFICATION (Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements)

a) Experience and knowledge in equestrian industry

b) A proactive & passionate willingness to progress organizational objectives.

c) Ability to communicate with staff at all levels within the company and with customers.

d) Able to do Networking, Build Rapport, Persuasion, Prospecting, Public Speaking, Research, Writing, Communication and Negotiation of Skills, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism, Time Management and Microsoft Office.

e) Bachelor in Business Development/ Sales/ Marketing/ Hospitality/ Tourism Management or relevance experience.
