JOB PURPOSE

Manages the daily activities of packing in the Cold Room for local and outstation orders.
To ensure all Cold Chain eZCoolers are attached with data loggers upon dispatching out.
To ensure retrieving all temperature data for all the cold chain shipment.
Planning of resources and material for cold chain packaging.
To manage the inventories of the eZCoolers for Cold Chain Team.
To ensure all eZCoolers dispatched out are scanned and recorded into Transportation Material Management System (TMMS).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and maintaining economical and efficient for daily cold room activities.
To ensure all operational processes are maintained up to date, adhere to all the SOP’s and to provide necessary trainings and coaching where required.
To ensure Cold Chain Team maintaining 5S at the respective area.
To manage the repairing of eZCoolers and report wear and tear damages of eZCoolers to Cold Chain Team Leader.
