Responsibilities
- Develop and present project proposals
- Manage design projects from concept development
- Adjust designs and plans in alignment with business development requirements
- Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Conduct research and compile reports on feasibility and environmental impact
- Comply with safety standards and local planning regulations
- Determine and adhere to timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or other related programs
- Minimum 5 years experiences as Architecture
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD/Gstarcad, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion, Sketchup, 3D modelling etc
- Proficiency in Archicad is preferred
- Excellent technical drawing skills, strong creative and visualization skills
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English
- Proactive attitude, good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards
- Additional advantage if have experience as Architecture Assistant
- Knowledge of construction detail preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
