Job duties and responsibilities
1. Basic accounting tasks including timely preparation of billings such as the parcel units’ monthly contributions and all relevant charges when required;
2. Collection and payment handling;
3. Maintain organised filing methods;
4. Issuance of reminders and notices including Defauter management;
5. Answer calls and direct tasks/requests accordingly;
6. Keep track of inventory;
7. Manage the operating budget within the Management Office (supplies, expenses, etc.);
8. Separate and distribute both incoming and outgoing mail;
9. Complaint management;
10. Service Application management;
11. Any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements
- Self-motivated, responsible, and positive attitude.
- Team player with a pleasant personality.
- Minimum of Diploma/Foundation qualifications.
- With at least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge of accounting and finance would be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
