About the role

Gnosis Laboratories Group is looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our team in USJ21 Subang Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support and consultative services to our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding, training, performance management and terminations
  • Administering HR policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Providing support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programmes
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and preparing HR reports as required
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in the use of HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
