E-Commerce Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage overall product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and website.
• Consistently update product pricing, visuals, and inventory levels to ensure accuracy and alignment with sales strategies.
• Monitor store performance by tracking key performance metrics, including sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, across marketplaces.
• Monitor advertising spend (e.g. Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads) and evaluate the return on investment (ROI).
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns aligned with marketplace calendars.
• Conduct regular competitor research to understand pricing strategies, promotions, and product offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid stock-outs.
• Stay informed on emerging e-commerce trends and continuously adapt strategies to align with client expectations and industry best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in E-commerce/ Marketing/ Advertising/ Media Planning/ Arts and Creative/ Business or equivalent.
• Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in e-commerce industry.
• Experience in E-commerce marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada) is a strong plus.
• Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good problem solving skills, initiative, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
