We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive & Account Assistant to join our growing team at VCOMM Group in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to our Account Department.

What you'll be doing

  • Executing day-to-day accounting tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial information
  • Providing administrative support to the Accounting team as needed
  • Adhering to all relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 years of experience in a similar accounting or administrative role, preferably in a freight forwarding or logistics company for Account Executive
  • Fresh graduate is encourage for Account Assistant
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
  • Relevant accounting qualifications or certification, such as ACCA or ICAEW, would be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
