Responsibilities:

Training & development

  • Responsible for day-to-day training and development (T&D) matters i.e. training registration, payment, record keeping, Human Resources Development Corporation (HRDC) training grant application and submission.
  • In-charge to maintain HRDC training grant tracker with relevant data and input.
  • Organize and coordinate soft-skills training and development program to enhance employee competency and skills.
  • Manage training logistics, including scheduling, and coordinating training sessions, managing training materials and equipment, and providing administrative support for training programs.
  • Key liaison person with different parties i.e. employees, training providers, HRDC officers in relation to T&D and HRDC grant matters.
  • Maintaining updated training records and monitoring training activity, following up, cancelling and rescheduling sessions, as necessary.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness by collecting feedback from participants, measuring the impact of training on business outcomes, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct yearly Training Needs Analysis to determine the training requirement of the Company.
  • Responsible and administrate internship / management training program.

Office Administration

  • Assist in managing office operations, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Assist in coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, including cleaning, utilities, repairs and security guards.
  • Assist in upkeep company vehicles including renewal of the road tax, insurance, maintenance, scheduled and unscheduled services.
  • Assist in organize and oversee company events, meetings, and other administrative functions.
  • Assist to maintain and manage office facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and functional workplace.
  • Assist in monitoring contracts, agreements, licenses & certification renewal.
  • To undertake any and all other administration duties and responsibilities assigned by Human Resources Manager from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
